Honour bug (+bonus honour bug)

In chat, 2 people got most honourable (Kindred+Irelia).
2nd honour bug is the fact that I'm still not receiving honour orbs. I should've gotten 2 so far but I've still yet to even see one. I was looking up what 'the point of honour' was on wiki and found out honour orbs exist and that I have never seen one before. I haven't gotten to honour 4 so I can't say if I'm not receiving capsules or not.
