Heimerdinger turret bug

Heimerdinger's turret lasers are freezing. It happens 100% under "circumstance A" and sometimes in "B"

"A" Lay enemy in bush without vision, lay turret, land stun, turret will load the laser but is impossible to release, lose fight since laser can't shoot for the rest of it's life span(not a joke).

"B" I could not imitate this in training mode, only experience this in late 5v5 fights. Upon landing missles &/or stun, 1 or 2 of the turret lasers will freeze again and not release with the same issue before.

I've mained heimer for years and this is just one of many issues I've experienced with heimer but this specific bug needs to be addressed asap.
