Poppy ULT Bugged -Lock Screen

Was playing as Renekton top, after I was poppy ulted my camera view was locked and it didn't show locked camera button. Wasn't any of the F1-F12's and Y wasn't stuck or anything. Had reload my game for the screen lock to drop. Was sad. Plz Help. Thanks!
