League of Legends won't launch?

So I've been trying to get my League of Legends to work for about a week or so and just can't seem to get it going. I've done just about everything so far, I've deleted files and re-patched, uninstalled/reinstalled, ran as admin, tried switching servers and back, and fixed compatibility. I've also tried to search for league of legends related items in my Avast anti virus but it wasn't there so I figured it was fine. The patch guides that were listed on other discussions didn't work either. I open up League of Legends and click launch then the button turns grey for about 10-15 seconds and after about a minute or two I get the agreement policy and press accept and after another five minutes I get a second agreement policy and accept then nothing happens after that, I've left it on for an hour or two a couple times just to see if it was gonna take a while to load but still end up with nothing. I should also mention that my League of Legends launcher was very slow at patch 6.5 and now patch 6.6 it just doesn't work. I don't know what else to try, any suggestions would be much appreciated.
