Constant Freezing?

Ever since the open beta client update I've been having gameplay issues. When I'm in game the characters just freeze and hp bars disappear. The animations don't come out, the minions are just attacking without hp going down, and then I end up dying or disconnecting. My ping and fps are not the issue in game either. I'm not sure if anybody else has recently been experiencing the same thing but I would appreciate some help please. I hate to ruin games for other players.
