When I que up in ranked It goes to the first ban and then stops at 0 seconds and then it makes me quit the game after a few minutes and it says that I dodge and I have lost alot of lp over this... please help me I don't want to que again cause scared of it happening again have lost over 20 lp due to this! please help riot.

Yeah, I've had this happen a couple times to me aswell in the last few days. Actually just happened to me, I was banning and checked something on google Chrome real quick and came back and couldn't select a champ and then the timer ran down. Got a dodge penalty and 6 minute ban.
This happens to me all the time with the new champ select, and even happened twice tonight, and the second time I was forced to dodge from timing out I had to wait 30 minutes. The old champ select never had this issue.
I just had this happen to me in a game of aram. As soon as the champ select popped up the client went black. I had to x out and when I went back in it said I queue dodged.
