Createing Ranked 5's team (silver/bronze players)

Hello, As said in the heading I am looking to form a ranked 5’s team. Our main goal is to practice and hopefully after a while move up the ladder. That being said we hope to be playing a lot of games. If you are online a lot and looking for a team that will practice 4-5 times each week for around 3-5 hours each time this is for you. However if you consistently miss practice or games then you will be moved down to sub for the team after a while and possibly kicked. We are looking to play from 10:00pm Central time to 2:00am however we can negotiate this if you are a good fit. Please post with your info and I will message you in game.

Experience at 5’s: Done a few in the past, they fell apart after like 4 weeks cause inconsistency.
