Ancient Coin "quest" bug/glitch?

So ive played a few games now with the new sup items and the ancient coin is actually not bad. Specially since being a support who can finish leveling all the abilities before 18 is nice. However once hitting 18 the "Level up +1" still shows up even though all skill tabs are darked out. is this supposed to happen? Should it not since you have already leveled up all your abilities already? I feel like this is a weird interaction with the HUD and has some readability issues. May just be me but it can get annoying with extra things on the screen I dont need. Anyone else notice this?

I had that issue too, nothing would make it go away. I also had an interesting bug(?) where the coins would drop from champion kills (you are supposed to get gold and mana from champion kills) and then slide across the map to where I was. I was Soraka so this was usually clear across the map.
