[GAMEPLAY] Game Ruining Mordekaiser performance bug

Ever since the rework, whenever Mordekaiser is on screen I experience FPS loss. This FPS drop is unnoticeable near the beginning of the game, but as time goes on, particularly around 4-6 items, Mordekaiser steals more and more FPS until I've dropped from 100 to 20, or less sometimes, in the case of super late games. This only happens when morde himself is on screen, if I scroll away, it stops.

This makes teamfights nearly unplayable late, and makes a champion I already dislike into something I truly dread seeing.
