Mordekaiser creates game ruining FPS lag

whenever Morde is on screen, (any skin I've ever seen) I lose approximately 10 FPS, as the game goes on, FPS loss increases exponentially, and around 30 minutes, so long as mordekaiser is on the screen, I go from 100 to 20 FPS, with frequent chugs below 10.

This bug has existed since the morde rework and is beyond frustrating.
