Hextech chest drop bugged

I tried to report this through a support ticket since I was struggling a few days ago to get a chest. I finished a bunch of games with an S on eligible champions, but not until several games of this did a chest actually drop. When I tried to make a ticket, the guy assigned to it tried to tell me it was something to do with me receiving a chat restriction when I was currently Honor 1 (unlocked, I had just finished a chat restriction from a few days ago)

Just curious to see if anyone else is having this issue.

Did you have a chest available? On the champ and in general (small chest icon on your profile)?

I had this issue yesterday, I had a chat restriction of 10 games, after I played those 10 games I did a game where I ended with an S on morgana and I didn't receive the chest. It doesn't say in the collection tab that I got the chest but it says that I got an S
