Jarven IV No Animation

Was playing a game in ranked, and our J4 has the Dragonslayer skin or whatever. He literally had no animations for anything except walking: no auto attacks, no Q, no W, no E and when he used his ult it would miss people. Fix this, it was weird as fuck and ruined the game
