sion new bug that just came with this recent update today/yesterday?

While playing all of a sudden my q and r abilities completely stopped working. Neither of them could be used for sion i have had no problems with any other champs. When this happened I:

1. checked whether it was a problem with my keyboard. It wasn't my keyboard, is working fine.
2. went to settings and changed q and r abilities to different keys (like a,s,d etc.) both those abilities still did not work.
3. i clicked on the abilities trying to use them that way. both still did not work.

the 2 abilities were working for the early part of the game. I think they stopped working at around 15minutes+? idk why
