Game(s) missing from match history

I'm missing a game from my match history. I was on a solid five-day tilt and I finally gave it an honest effort yesterday and won three straight. The first of these do not show in my match history online or in client, nor do the summoner's names show in "recently played" tab of my friend list.

I was watching Rivington stream yesterday, and he said his history was missing a game as well.

Mine was just a normal, but worth checking out.
