Stuck in a loop, can't patch, can't repair, can't reinstall.

My client is bugged or something, It reverted back to an older version but it doesn't let me download the patch, then i get error 004, can't download the patch try to restart. It's stuck like this since hours, I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing seems to work. Help, anyone?

I tried repairing too, it loads a bit then says repair wasn't able to complete.
