Issue with sound after 4.21

Client Issue:

Every so often when I log into League of Legends, somewhere between logging in and champ select my sound cuts out for my entire computer. To clarify, my sound appears to be on, but I can't hear anything through headset/speakers.

Whatever programs I am running no longer have sound and this only happens when I have League of Legends open.

The only way to fix the issue is to log out of League along with the other programs and reopen all of them.

It just is super annoying loading into a SR game to realize your sound cut out and you can either restart your client (sucks especially if you are jungling) or play the entire game without sound which is no fun.

This only started happening after patch 4.21
