Game Crashing and Lag/Animations Failing in New Update

A few minutes ago, I was watching the game glitch out and and the animations were not completely working. The champs/minions were moving, but nothing else in the game that moved did. For example, an Ahri killed me because i could not see her abilities at all and I had suddenly teleported back to the fountain. Also, my whole team was lagging(I don't know about the other team). A few minutes later, everyone disappeared off the map, and when i pressed tab, it said everyone was level 1 except for me. I tried reconnecting to fix this problem, but it did not work. After that, I got stuck at the loading screen phase about 5 times at 100% loaded, then the game crashed every single time. Now here I am, sitting here, hoping I don't get banned because the game crashed and(I don't think) was my fault. If you can, please try to fix this bug, and if people get banned because of a bug in the game, they will be very unhappy. It would also be nice if you can't fix this, to maybe fix the new LeaverBuster system to not punish people for the game glitching out.
