[CLIENT] Patching - 0 KBps...

Hi everyone! I have a problem. I want to patch client to 4.21, but when I do, it's sticking at 30-39% and 0 KBps. It didn't patch after 4-5 hours. I didn't have this problem before. Please, help me! ~ Sexy Leona

After multiple issues last night, I try to uninstall and then reinstall league. My patcher is doing what yours is doing now. It installs up to around 71% and then it stops. 0kbps. It seems that Riot doesn't want customers anymore...
