Today, I was playing ARAM, and I walked by the home turret. I noticed that it attacked me- when I was not in range. If I'm not wrong, I believe that the home turret is in the red space: https://imgur.com/a/nRaqN

no, its in a circle like the regular map is, otherwise people could be at the edge very close to where people spawn and just auto attack them

The range of the Nexus Obelisk is actually massive. It's much bigger than the platform. It's intentional.
