Can't see my club in client

I have a team titled Wuud V (Tag is WuudV) which I am the owner of but since I came back from a hiatus from the game I can't see my club anymore. My friends are still members and I am shown as the club owner from their accounts but I can't see it on mine. I also experimented with creating a new club which I can see, so it seems specific to the older one. I would very much like to be able to use my old club again as my friends and I are somewhat attached to it. If someone from Riot, or maybe someone else who knows a fix, could help, it'd be much appreciated.
