Pool Party Rek'sai recall bug
The final part of 
's new skin's recall animation glitches occasionally, making motionless underground instead of gobbling up the frog like he's supposed to.

ive actually never seen him eat the frog mine glitches eevery single time
His recall animation glitched during one of TheOddOne's stream too; a viewer said it only works if he's recalling when he's unburrowed.
Pool Party Rek'sai also has some costume problems sometimes while she walks her snorkle (the mouth piece) swings out like a tongue

This was an issue in patch 5.12, and should be resolved for patch 5.13.
