Did not receive a glorious champion capsule upon reaching level 40

I got the notification telling me that I have a glorious champion capsule but upon looking at my inventory there was no such item. I'm not sure if this is some bug or an April Fools joke as this was on the day of April Fools. If anyone knows anything about this please do share your knowledge.
