NO tokens with S+ game!

Arent I suppose to get a token when I get an S-,s,or S+ with a level 5 mastery champ. Well I got S+ and I got no token. How am I suppose to get my level 6 and 7 mastery with no tokens???

hellbringer132251 votesi just had this happen to me too got an S+ on velkoz which i only need 1 more token for lvl 7 and i got no token so ummmm idk man. however mine was on hexakill not a normal match.
Zombiemaster1 votesI don't know why OP didn't receive a token, but you didn't receive one because you were playing on Hexakill. You can only receive mastery tokens when playing on SR normal or ranked. You will not receive one on any other game mode. This was a recent change made I believe about a week ago.
