NO tokens with S+ game!

Arent I suppose to get a token when I get an S-,s,or S+ with a level 5 mastery champ. Well I got S+ and I got no token. How am I suppose to get my level 6 and 7 mastery with no tokens???

i just had this happen to me too got an S+ on velkoz which i only need 1 more token for lvl 7 and i got no token so ummmm idk man. however mine was on hexakill not a normal match.
