League won't open properly

It will open up to the login screen initially, but then it will say I'm "using an older version" and it will restart. When it restarts it won't open for about 10 minutes, then it will open, stop responding and get stuck like this https://i.gyazo.com/0bfdd85f4f0b4e10a296f7eece58c052.jpg It's a glitch because it happened twice, once this morning, and just now after I played a game, closed league client, and wanted to open it 5 minutes later. Now this glitch is stuck in a loop of opening, restarting, and not responding. I can not play League as I've tried for 45 minutes now. Restarted my computer, no clue what to do.

Edit: I just reopened it and it worked (5th or 6th restart) Still not happy with this glitch.
