Dying in loosing/victory screen(tiny spagheti code)

I was playing morg on my smurf named vicìous soul(aram match). I was morg and there was a anivia in the enemy team. Just before the game ended i used zoniah while anivia ulted. The zoniah animation finished while the nexus was exploding. I took damage from anivia ult, resulting in a death. I know that it's nothing big but it would suck to have that s ruin an S score in a very specific game.
