The game crashes at the start.

This has been happening to me for quite a while now. So when the game starts it sometimes doesn't even put me into the loading screen, it's pitch black and my cursor is there too. It's not Bugsplat or anything, I don't know what it is. Then i have to restart and log out of the Patcher a couple times to get into the game. I don't really understand what the issue is but it has been happening to me quite frequently now. I would appreciate all the help i could get! Thank you!
