So, I've been experiencing this for quite a while now. When I die my screen gets stuck on my body and I cannot move the screen away from my body for some seconds, then it unfreezes and it goes back to normal. This isn't really a frustrating issue, I just wanted to point it out and let you all know.
Bixits1 votesThis has happened to me for a few weeks as well. I've experienced it playing ARAM. Lasts for around 5 seconds and cannot open/use the shop during that time either.

I think it does that if your camera is locked. I think. I'm not sure because my camera's always unlocked.
I never use a locked camera and it still happens.
