I cant open league!

It all started when i was in a league match, the champion select, I lost connection, so i had to restart my game, after i restarted it, it started sending me a message saying "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Clcik OK to close the application" I pressed ok, and tried to relaunch, but nothing happened, please help!
