I just played a match, and won, they enemies surrendered after the 20 mins cap, and i didnt get the points that are apart of the achievement, im assuming that whenever a team surrenders, you wont get points. Please riot, fix.
[zombie-brand-facepalm]
Update 1: I won a game without enemies surrendering, and no points :/

PickleLorde2 votesIt's not working even when you do win without the enemy surrendering. I got no points when I lost and won games of ARAM.
Snowbubs2 votesYeah, I won a game of ARURF (enemy team surrendered) and I got no points.
BenteErFlot2 votesYea me too i have played 3-4 games now and only gotten points for the first game. It doesnt say anywhere that its only 1 game a day or anything
