[Gameplay] Graves' Ult Bug

After ulting the j4 and dying my ult immediately went on CD, for the next 1:40 seconds my ult was bugged and did not allow me to use it until the invisible CD ended although it showed my ult being active the whole time. (Ignore the team chat).
