[Gameplay] Twitch ult dealing no damage to Nexus on Howling Aybss

While playing a nice arousing game of ARAM, I attempted to xpeke the enemy Nexus. While trying to back door i noticed that my ult was not dealing any damage to the nexus. Once my ult duration ran its course i started to deal damage to it. Not only did this bug prevent me from ending the game but it may be problematic if it occurs in the normal summoners rift map.
