kled's w is bugged

kled's w was "fixed" at patch 7.5 and it was great, for patch 7.5, after that the w got bugged again and wasn't touched again and now there's a new bug, kled's w voice lines are gone, you can't hear them. there are many more kled bugs but the list is too long. please fix kled...
