[Client] Champion Select Lock in

For past two ranked games I've been able to select champions in the Declaration phase, the Ban phase, and the Champion Selection phase, but the button that says "lock in" has been grayed out or not functioned. So far the game has auto kicked me twice for failing to lock in my champion in the Champion Selection phase. This is giving me the penalty of dodging a game but without actually purposefully dodging the game.

I don't know what has triggered this bug, only that it is happening.

I don't know how to replicate the bug other then starting the que again. I tried logging out and shutting client down after first instance, but that didn't solve the problem. I'm now stuck waiting for second dodge penalty to be removed before I can try again to get into a game.
