Warlord's Bloodlust Does Not Work

So last game i was playing vayne , i have Warlord's Bloodlust selected so it should heal me each time i critical strike , but what i have discovered is that it does not work , i am not sure it always does not work but last 2 game of mine it did not work. here is a picture of my team so you can see what chose what keystone http://imgur.com/sPxnuEg
