Titanic Hydra Disappear When Bought (Including its build ups)

Hello , so i have played shyvana in my last game , through the game i wanted to buy item 3748 so i started by buying item 1037 once i bought the item 1037 it disappeared and did not refund any money i though it was a random bug so i moved on and then i tried buying item 3077 and the new item which builds into item 3748 but both of them disappeared and didn't give me back money so i have wasted 3600 or more because of this bug , thank you.

It happened to me too, first i bought item 3077 , and it instantly disappeared, then later i bought it again, then i upgraded into item 3748 , wich i swapped for item 3074 with the new option, and later in the game i wanted to swap back for item 3074, but it disappeared when i pressed the swap.

Same Here. I lost like 4500 gold in a game.
