I didnt get my Level up reward

I was grinding game to try to get S grade for a box and i noticed that my level went up the game before so i went to check on my loot to open the capsule but it wasnt there. I even restarted my client to see if that would fix it.

Also didn't get a reward for leveling up to 50. I also didn't receive xp for the game that i leveled up in

Same, Hit level 59, no notification or loot capsule, sigh, some sort of bug.

I also didn't get a level up reward upon reaching level 48. I am not sure where else to post this, so I guess I'll chime in on this. Sorry to piggyback.
