Stuck between wall/J4 Flag

Hi, Just had a game where I was playing Jarvan IV. At one point in the game I E-Q'd to the the bush below red buff on the corner of the wall, and I got stuck in there for the duration of my flag; just could not move at all until the flag expired. Never had this happen before, so not sure if it has to do with the wall interaction with new Summoner's Rift or some weird interaction with the flag (being coded as a minion in classic riot coding).

Anyway, though this was something that should get brought up. I don't have a video or anything unfortunately, and haven't tested it outside of this...

I've had this happen now multiple times to me as well. It has happened to me on SR, and more recently on twisted treeline. I've found it is most common if you e>q toward a wall with your flag juuuust the right distance from the wall, and even more specifically when traveling from the lower right to the upper right with a wall above your flag. Last time this happened was during ranked 3v3 placements, and it cost me a death (we won anyway) but I can see how this could be even more frustrating if something like this cost the game. Please look into this Riot, it has even been video documented by popular streamers like foxdrop:
