Jarvan IV Passive Broken (BUG)

Just finished a game on NA in normal draft in which I was playing Jarvan IV, and from start to finish, my auto attacks had no animation except against buildings, and my passive did not go off once. I could still attack, but there was no animation. I assumed originally that something was broken with the animation for the attacks, but then I noticed that my passive wasn't going off at all, and my attacks had an animation against buildings. Initially I started the jungle behind the krugs, and I thought that my character was stuck, but then I realized I could move and it was just that my attacks had no animation.

No idea what caused this interaction, but it was extremely frustrating.
