Update: SR bugs

So far here are bugs I've noticed: -Syndra has a popup message similar to the one Quinn used to have. When she uses a certain ability the message Taunty pops up in yellow in the chat log -My last match pretty much every particle effect was blue. Not the old blue square but colored blue. Blue minion basic attacks, blue champion abilities, and everything turret related was blue. The stones breaking off, the lasers, and the ruins of destroyed turrets
