Repeatedly getting client bugs

Almost every day I get a bug where everyone else makes it into champ select except me, it bugs out on match accepted more often than not. I have repaired client, and I will NOT reinstall the game for a bug that's in the client that Riot refuses to fix. I also get bugs in champ select, where others can choose champions, but it gets stuck on 0 for the lock in count down and I don't see who they lock in, and then I can't select a champion and I get penalized every time for both these bugs.
