Sometimes after you proc Mord's Havesters of sSorrow (W) or Siphon of Destruction (E) (I mainly see it after the 2nd W proc) his next attack or skill doesnt do damage. The first time I noticed it I had just used my Harvesters of Sorrow 2nd proc on a minion and as I hit it with a basic attack no damage registered

Still having an issue with this. Not as frequent, but when w and aa hit proc at same time the dmg from the aa is negated
