Tahm Devour Bug

Sometimes when i use Devour (W) and try to spit out a minion it doesnt fly out and do splash dmg, instead it falls out of my mouth and becomes invulenrable for a few seconds or until i eat it again. Also I have times when i dont get the gold from the minon i spat out
