[Gameplay] Neeko super buggy for enemy team

Currently playing a game against NEeko and she's bugged to heck for us visually. On the scoreboard, she's showing no items, no CS, and level one, so we can't see her build at all. In any situation that her icon should be used (I.E. minimap, death messages, etc) she's showing her teammate Shyvana's icon which is equally annoying because you can't glance at the minimap and tell which one of them it is. This is very frustrating to play against.

Edit: Playing against her again with her as a jungler and now she's stuck with leona's icon, no icon in the scoreboard, and no items. This is fun
