Akali W Bug

In the last game I played, the enemy Akali was well aware of a bug involving her W, twilight shroud. The bug involves Akali placing the shroud partially in terrain. The circle that indicates where Akali will be invisible inside of is not visible whatsoever, allowing her to be 100% stealthed. Unless someone sees her place the invisible shroud and walk into it, players have no way of knowing if she is invisible right next to you. Unfortunately I dont have any clips of it.

Edit: I recorded the bug in a custom game. The shroud is visible on my screen but not the enemy's screen. The enemy akali's shroud is not visible to me when a certain amount of the shroud is placed into terrain. At the end of the clip, the shroud is not placed in terrain and the shroud is visible.
