[CLIENT] Unable to purchase Rakan or Xayah

Im running into the problem of being unable to purchase one of these champions. They are the only 2 champions i do not have unlocked so i was going to purchase one. I have 6400 IP and it says that they cost 6300 each, so i should have enough. Is there something that I am missing? like do i need to buy them together? i have pics on gyazo of the issue. any insight would help.
