[CLIENT] Champion select timer stuck at 0

I was in champ select, when, to me, the enemy didn't seem to have picked a champion. Their timer reached 0, and nothing happened. My friend who I was duo queuing with told me it was my turn to pick, but on my screen it was still the enemy's turn. I couldn't do anything, and it said I dodged the game.

I am playing on mac, if that helps.
