Health Bars Disappeared on New SR

Last night while playing, the game bugged out and everyone's HP bars and summoner names disappeared unless my mouse cursor was specifically hovering over them. I tried changing my graphic settings from high, to medium, then back to high. I tried changing the map from non-colorblind back to colorblind. Nothing worked. After a death, I exited the game and relaunched and that cleared the error; however, I was hoping that was not going to be the fix.
