[GAMEPLAY] Graves bugs on E [Quickdraw], CD and stats incorrect
I noticed earlier that when playing as Graves, my AA's were reducing the CD on his E - Quickdraw by up to 4 seconds each attack. I'm guessing this is because it was counting his 4 bullets as on-hit effects each time, when each AA is supposed to reduce CD by .5 seconds. Not sure if this is intentional or not. I noticed it mostly when I was critting enemies. Minions, monsters, and champions, all the same. I first noticed it when I solo'ing Baron (bot games super fed OP) and I was able to Quickdraw every 2 seconds or less.
To recreate this bug, play a bot game with Graves. Every shot (specifically close range so multiple bullets hit) reduces the CD by more than .5s each. As crit is built. and eventually Infinity Edge, additional bullets fired (8 for crits, 10 for IE crit) reduce CD even more.
Another bug I noticed with his E is the tooltip states that his True Grit passive granted by Quickdraw gives +10 AR and MR. However, at rank 1, only 1 AR and MR is given, stacking up to 4 times. Each other level beyond lvl one (+15, +20, etc) seems to work correctly, only lvl 1 stats are incorrect.
