Frost queen's claim and Nami Bug
I have noticed that nami's E does not proc the item twice, as its an ability and an auto attack it should proc twice right?

well how many charges do u have on frost queen? it only hold 3 charges at max so if you dont have all 3 and only have 1 , it wouldnt proc twice
it was full charges, but it only procs once when i use it on myself and auto attack someone. it should be two right?
