[GAMEPLAY] Soraka bot & Lux bot AI/Skill level discrepancy with other bots

• Ever since her rework, when allied with a Soraka bot in a Custom match (doesn't matter which difficulty she's on), her AI lets herself get killed too easily/feeds the enemy team too easily. More often, she stays (or stands in place) & fights when she's low health, rather than running away & recalling to base. She's not as aggressive as she should be, in contrast to the other bots in a Custom match (e.g. Taric & Morgana). Her AI/skill/aggressiveness needs to be increased to match the other bots' AI/skill level/aggressiveness.

• When facing against a Lux bot in Co-Op vs AI (usually Beginners, though doesn't matter which difficulty you play on), Lux's AI is much more aggressive than she should be/than her lanemate Marksman's AI; and at times, she's even more aggressive than her entire team. She likes to spam Final Spark & Light Binding more often than she should (cheap kills), rather than casting Prismatic Barrier & Lucent Singularity more often. Her AI/skill/aggressiveness needs to be decreased to match the other bots' AI/skill level/aggressiveness.

Both happens 100% of the time.
